TEC Big Bore Front Pipes – Speed Twin 1200 and Thruxton 1200 models – EURO 4 ONLY

The Big Bore pipes make your bike more responsive whilst saving considerable weight over the stock headers.

Designed and manufactured by us in 304 stainless 45mm tube.

Completely bypasses Triumph’s CAT, de-restricting airflow from the engine and releasing a deeper sound.

Can be mixed & matched with any silencers (including OE silencers) that fit stock front pipes.

Also available as a full system called the “Dueller” at a discount with our slip-on silencers!

Gaskets included.

NOTE – On pre-2020 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) this allows a much quicker and easier fitting. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed.  We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.

THIS SYSTEM IS NOT TUV APPROVED OR E-MARKED. As this system has no catalytic converter, it cannot be marked TUV approved. Silencers are laser marked EU noise legal only.

NOTE – You can physically mount these to Euro 5 bikes to remove the cat.  However, you will have to use free-flow silencers as the stock silencers will have too much back-pressure without a balance pipe.  You also need to do an ECU remap as well on a Euro 5 bike as it is quite a lot leaner than Euro 4, this is one of the reasons we recommend fitting these to Euro 4.
