We are currently working with a reduced staff in order to follow proper social distancing guidelines.

Therefore we ask that you keep messages as brief as possible and only ask enquiries relating to TEC products.

Unfortunately, we do not have the time to answer questions relating to general bike maintenance or recommending other products. There are many forums and groups where these answers can be found.

Please submit fitting and technical enquiries relating to TEC products below.

We are not currently shipping any orders over 2kg outside of the UK/EU, there are no exceptions to this. If you cannot get a quote on our website to a non-EU country, it will be because it is over 2kg. We hope to have these shipping options back soon but cannot say when.

We are not currently stocking our full product range due to our workshop being closed and not all stock being in our new premises. If an item is showing as in stock on the website, it is available. Please do not message asking when parts will be available, we cannot say for sure yet.

Dispatch times are delayed, please expect it to take up to a week longer than normal, due to longer dispatch and delivery. DPD Tracking details are available on the “Order Complete” email you will receive from us. Please only message asking for Royal Mail tracking details if there is an urgent reason behind this.

If you need to make an urgent amendment to an order that has been placed but not yet dispatched, please email directly.

We have opened as we want to keep supplying our customers with our parts however, we will only do so in a manner that is safe for us and our families. As such, we ask for your understanding that service and part availability will not be the same as normal.
