Do you deliver outside of the UK/EU?
We deliver to nearly all countries. We are always adding countries to our delivery list. However, for orders from USA/Canada we ask you to speak to our partners at www.tecbikepartsusa.com they are constantly expanding their product range.
For shipping to India, please speak with our distributor www.speedmonks.in – For all other countries, if you are unable to generate a postage cost on the online store then please let us know what you want to order as well as your full address and we will give you a quotation for shipping. We shop around with multiple International and well-known couriers to get you the best price.
What is your returns policy?
We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that we are happy to give you a full refund for ANY reason for any purchase so long as it is returned within 31 days and in an un-used condition. However, we ask that if you want to test the size of a part on a bike we have not specifically listed in the product description, please speak to us first and we will give you a better idea if it will work or not.
Postage on a return will be paid for by us for any faulty product. If the order is returned due to a change of mind, the postage must be paid for by the buyer.
All returns sent back to us from outside the UK must be marked as a return and given a nominal value, otherwise we will be charged customs to receive the item. In this circumstance we will not pay the customs and the item will be returned to you. This will be avoided if marked as a return and given a nominal value.
Where can I find independent reviews about your company?
As a smaller family business we do not spend much on advertising and have grown mainly through word of mouth. If you have not heard of TrustPilot, they are an independent 3rd party site where customers can review their experience with a business.

Do you offer warranty on your parts?
We are so confident in our products that we are happy to give a full 12 months warranty on any part. If any fault develops, simply return it and we will replace it.
I run a garage/specialist build shop and would like to use your parts, do you do trade discount?
We are VAT registered so all orders can have VAT reclaimed on them (if you ever want a full VAT invoice just ask). Regarding a trade discount, we can do this for genuine businesses however, the discount will depend on volume. Please contact us directly to discuss this.
What is your delivery and dispatch policy?
CURRENT COVID-19 POLICY – We are currently operating from new premises with a smaller staff in order to stick to government social distancing guidelines. As such, dispatch may take longer than usual. It may now take a few days from ordering until dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working as hard as we can to get your parts to you as quickly as we can do safely. Below is our standard policy but please expect that it could take longer than this.
All orders made before 12pm will usually be dispatched that day. However, this is not guaranteed, if we have a busy day it may take longer to dispatch. Delays normally only happen during peak season or on a Monday if we have received lots of orders over the weekend. Each product has a different delivery method in order to keep the price as low as possible for you. Some items are built to order and can take longer to dispatch.
For UK orders – Some items are dispatched via the Post Office and will usually arrive within 1-2 days. Other items are dispatched via next day courier and will be with you on the next working day after dispatch.
For EU orders – Most packages arrive within 3-5 days.
Outside the EU – Packages usually arrive within 5-10 days.
Parts - The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
We try to keep all items in stock but as a small business with limited manufacturing capability sometimes demand can be too great. We always try to get everything back in stock as quickly as we can, usually it will be within a few weeks.
Parts - Will this part fit my bike?
Please read the description carefully. If you have any doubt please contact us directly before ordering. For universal parts we do not list all models but will put any relevant dimensions, use this to check if it will fit your bike. If in doubt speak to us.
Parts - Will this universal part fit my bike?
Many universal parts will require some modification to the bike or part in order to fit. This could mean fabricating a bracket or finding additional fixings for example. This is the nature of universal parts as they cannot simply fit every bike straight out of the box. If in doubt, please ask.
Shock Absorbers - How do I know the spring rate is correct for me?
All our shocks are supplied (unless requested) with a spring rate for an average weight rider 75-95kg with an occasional lighter passenger. If you feel you are outside this range, please contact us as we have alternate spring options available on most shocks.
Shock Absorbers - Is the price per pair?
All shocks are priced per pair. So all listings on our site are for 2x shock absorbers.
Exhausts - Are your exhausts E-marked?
Our stainless exhaust systems are not E-marked but are marked road legal for “noise”.
Exhausts - Will this exhaust definitely fit my bike?
When an exhaust fits several different models it is helpful if you let us know your bikes make and model so we can be sure to send you the correct kit.
