Excellent piece of kit. Easy fit as I already have the footrest, gear and brake levers fitted. A real game changer for me. All the footrest parts and gear and brake levers are high quality and very well machined. Well worth the money.

At 6’1 ( or possibly my more than 60 years!) I was having issues with legroom and knee comfort.The adjustable foot pegs with the 40mm arms have lowered my feet perfectly. Standard gear/brake levers still fine. Thank you 😀

Very useful to watch ‘you tube’ how to fit ‘guide’ as l got the 40mm lower foot pegs with brake and gear foot levers…much more comfortable on the interceptor, look great and fairly easy to fit. Highly recommend ‘tec parts’…l also got the DNA air filter from them, this combined with Lextec slip on exhausts totally transforms the bike…more power and sounds amazing !

Those 40mm link adds a great final touch on new set of pegs and levers from Tec. Due winter I dod not have a chance to ride much yet, but the options for adjusting/ lowering foot position makes a difference.

I initially ordered the full kit, but unfortunately, the 40mm option was not available at the time. While the 20mm extensions were somewhat of an improvement, it just wasn't "there" for me yet and I have been waiting for the 40 mm extensions to become available again. Huzzah, here they are, get them while you can. Swapping the already installed 20mm extensions with these 40mm ones was a 15 minute job

I purchased the full rider foot peg, brake and gear-lever kit a while back and while the 20mm link did help a bit with the foot peg positioning, it would still hit your shins when ‘padding’ the bike or at a standstill on an up-hill slope. The 40mm links make all the difference! The foot pegs are now never in the way and the overall riding comfort is much improved. I wear a size 9 motorcycle boot and with the footrests set forward and slightly down, the gear lever is easy to hook up and push down. I have the gear lever pedal in the furthest forward position and the brake lever with just one of the pedals, again in the furthest forward position. I found that with two brake lever pedals fitted, it was easy to inadvertently catch the the rear one with the tip of my toe. I can’t help but wonder why Royal Enfield placed the foot pegs where they did, when that is the thing that comes in for the most criticism but the 40mm link certainly solves the problem!
