Fitted fine if a bit fiddly to get everything to line up just need a bit of patience.

Great product and fits in with the overall look of the bike that I wanted. Pretty easy to install and only difficult item was getting the 'U' clamp to bolt to the supporting bracket. Rest of the install was done quickly. One of the nuts included had an incorrect thread used to mount the bottom bracket to the frame, but was an easy fix.

There are a few sump guards on the market,but this one is easy to fit looks great and is well made.

I mainly got the sump guard to protect the oil filter on the Int650. It will do the job and nicely made and finished. I had some spare items in the fixing kit left over. It took me about 2 hours to fit as the access can be tight under the bike.

This is a well thought out, quality accessory. I didn’t like the idea of all the dismantling required to fit an RE original sump guard so this TEC Bike Parts alternative is perfect.

Very nice part, easy to fix

In less than a week this came from the UK to New Zealand. Awesome service. Quality of the product is top notch. My only observation would be to include a parts list, as I used the wrong bolts in the wrong holes a few times. This lead to me starting from scratch again. Having said that, it fits perfectly, and am looking forward to exploring more gravel roads soon.

Another well made product arrived 3 days after ordering from Tecbike. Straightforward to fit if not a little fiddly without a bike ramp, but looks good and more durable than some others on the market.

It took me at least an hour to fit, the video makes it look easy but it is a bit fiddly and I ended up using the wrong bolts in the wrong places and had to backtrack, remove and start again The fitting videos are a great idea but I'd like to suggest a few improvements. 1. Use a bit more light 2. Get closer to the action 3.When a kit has a variety of fastenings such as hexhead, allen, torx bolts etc it would be really helpful if the bolt could be shown to the camera before fitting so that muppets like me don't end up using the wrong one. Hope this helps

Keeps most of the road dirt from the front wheel off the engine. Attaching the front of the guard to the frame, even after watching the video, was not the easiest job to complete single handed. A second pair of hands just to hold things in place would have been a God Send. Having said that, it is sturdy and well up to the task of keeping the engine clean and safe.

It's a good product and at a good price, looks great on the bike. Watch the video a few times before fitting though and it's relatively straight forward

I finally installed the sump guard after a lot of prevarication. A little tight in some spaces for doing up the nuts and bolts, but once sorted, it looks amazing. I took it for a nice long ride down to the South Coast and looking at it, I can't understand why I didn't put it on before. Highly recommend.

Top quality solid product. Straight forward to fit. Should provide good protection of the oil filter and front of the engine. Watched the video which helped a lot.

A bit of a fiddle to fit otherwise a useful piece of kit to have on the bike. My only observation is with the the rear mounting. Captive nuts on the cross piece would be welcome, this, in my oppinion,( would facilitate easier oil and filter changing.

Looks very good and strong. Simple enough to fit. Although I found the front bracket a bit fiddly to get all in place. Certainly protects the oil filter and front of engine from road dirt. A good buy.

Sump cover is definitely needed as even only after a few miles the underside of the bike didn’t look good. This product fits really well, taking about 30 minutes to complete the work. Covers the oil filter as well so plenty of protection from the elements.

Bit of a fath to fit. Easy if you have a ramp. But the quality is good and offers good protection also looks good.

Arrived in good time! Ordered late on a Monday (or Tuesday?), arrived 2 days later. For me personally, I found it a faff to fit, totally doable don't get me wrong, but it took some effort. Your mileage may vary though! I imagine it was just me. A little disappointed with the front mounting plate (as Tec call it). Their video shows two black "anti rub strips", which look great, but mine came with much shorter 3M padded "sticky pads" and it doesn't look as robust, or quite as nice as what's in the video (they are white). I had to move the pads out a bit, towards the edges of the front mounting plate, so they sat against the bars of the frame, as they were too close together. Apart from that, can't fault the sump guard for what it does, and how it looks! It's an amazing piece of kit, looks great on the bike, and definitely protects what's behind it. Thank you again, Tec Bike Parts. Top stuff!

As the video suggests, the fiddliest bit is getting that rubber-faced clip on. I closed it up temporarily with a small cable tie which allowed me to get the bolt through and the nut and washer on without having to hold it closed at the same time. I'd also recommend assembling the other parts while start/stopping the video away from the bike to avoid getting things the wrong way around. If this isn't the kind of thing you do every day, and you're rolling around on the ground to do it, I'd allow a couple of hours to fit, but it's well worth it. It looks beautiful and offers excellent protection.

When I got the GT650, I wanted to get a sump guard and Tec's sump guard is perfect! Mega easy to fit and it ties into the bike's looks whilst keeping the oil filter safe.

Overall look is way better and protects nicely your engine. Easy to install

Sump guard is easy to fit following on line video, looks good and covers oil filter which is very important to me .

Fairly simple to install. Good quality. Installation tip- sort out the nuts and bolts and stick them to the Sump guard. When installating every thing is sorted and ready to fit

Nice piece of kit. Covers all of oil filter, simple to slacken off and without have to remove to change filter and drain oil. Mine was a bit fidly to fit but all in all good and would recommend
