What a great mod ! Doesn't drop revs by a lot, but it just feels so much better,so right ! As previous reviews have said, it stops you reaching for sixth gear as much. I still do it, but nowhere near as much. Thank you

I’m very pleased I fitted the 19t sprocket because it drops the revs at cruising speeds just enough to stop looking for a 6th gear. Riding around the country side is more pleasant too as I can hold what ever gear I’m in longer. My bike had a Dunstall exhaust and stage 1 tune so acceleration has not seemingly changed much from standard. The sprocket is well made and seems good quality. Very fast delivery from TEC too.

Customer service is amazing and professional. Part arrived in South Africa very quickly. WHAT a difference in ride quality! Stuck with a rear 43T and my 2004 Bonneville T100 is now a super smooth ride. First thing that stuck out was how comfortably I can now go in 1st gear to 60km/h at 4500rpm and riding on the highway is an absolute pleasure :) mechanic that helped me with installation commented it's the best looking aftermarket sprocket he's seen for a Triumph and it fit perfectly. Very happy :D

I found the right part easily on Tec website. Ordering was easy and the price was good.

Arrived promptly. Easy to fit, reduces 70mph cruising revs from 4,250 down to 4000. Not a 6th gear, but noticeable.

Delivered very quickly, took me around 60 mins to fit, not sure how it takes some poeple 15 mins to fit (took me atleast 10 mins to drink my cuppa while fitting it) I own a 2009 EFI 900 Thruxton and I did not see 600 rpm drop at 60 MPH more like 250 RPM but does seem to be a good upgrade I have only ridden the bike once since I did the sprocket change so guess time will tell Note: 36mm Nut is torqued at 98 FT LB so can be difficult to undo, I also removed the Chain Guard for access

Good job, it has made such a difference to the revs on my bike, I do not notice any difference at the lower end looking forward to saving fuel extending the range of the bike.

I’m sure it’ll be great like all TEC bike parts, won’t be fitted until next service.

This is the best modification for and 865 air cooled engine . Stops you hunting for a fifth gear at highway speeds . Also if you have the electronic speedo I have found that now the speedo reads true with a 19t sprocket .

Good quality , drops revs about 500 revs at 60mph well worth the money

An easy job (providing you have a 36mm socket and a torque wrench) which took about 15 mins in total. Good quality part - you'd expect nothing less from Tec. Gearing is now spot-on. Quite why they didn't come from the factory with a 19/43 setup is beyond me. Cruising is much more comfortable and performance is unaltered.
