TEC 2-2 Big Bore Stainless Header Pipes – Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650

IMPORTANT – From 2025 (not all 2025 models are applicable, some are later registered old models) Royal Enfield have begun phasing in Euro 5+/5.1.  This means there is an additional sensor on the front pipes which mean that our pipes are incompatible and cannot be fitted.  Please see the last 2 photos on the product listing to see what roughly the sensor looks like and where it is located.  If you have the extra sensor, you are still able to fit our silencers, just not the front pipes.

Note – These header pipes cannot be fitted with Royal Enfield hard panniers, due to their upswept design.

These front pipes will ONLY fit in conjunction with our Cannon silencers.  They will NOT fit with the standard RE silencers or other manufacturer’s silencers.

This listing is for people who already have our Cannon silencers and want to fit the big bore front pipes to them.

Product Specification –

Designed by TEC and constructed entirely from high-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and a lasting shine.

We found the original front pipes looked a little disjointed and the chrome plating on them did not match the finish on the rest of the bike.  So, we cleaned up the design and added an upsweep to the rear.  This gives a much cleaner look to the bike.

Royal Enfield’s original pipes are small bore and have a welded in cat.  This makes them very restrictive for your bike.  Our de-catted Big Bore pipes unleash a load of power.

Save a considerable amount of weight over the stock pipes.

Finished in brushed stainless which are a perfect match to our ‘Cannon’ silencers.

We do not supply them polished but this can be done at home easily with buffing equipment.
