After riding my 2017 street scrambler for a while I noticed that at very low speed the throttle response was very jerky , it was either accelerating or slowing with no sweet spot in between. After fitting the booster plug unit the problem disappeared .making for a much more pleasant ride.The booster itself was easy to fit . Happy customer !.

I was interested to see if this Booster Plug actually made any difference to my 2020 S Scrambler 900, and I am delighted to report it does ! Gone is the 'off idle fluffiness' and now the engine pulls strongly and with a much more linear response in the lower rev range, delighted with result. I have fitted Free Spirits DeCat exhaust, and the little plastic widgets which take up any throttle cable slack, the machine is now much nicer ( it already was a lovely bike to ride ) to use, just fantastic.

I fitted Slash Cut pipes to my 2017 Street Twin a couple of years ago (which was nice). When I put the bike through its MOT recently the tech showed me what was happening to power at low revs, and recommended that I fitted a Fuel Booster. Delivery from TEC was quick and it's just 'plug & play' to fit. And yes, it is worth it - The bike is much smoother in slow traffic and filtering.

Fitted this to my 2019 T120 (Euro 4). Instructions supplied are a little vague but there are plenty of videos on YouTube so you can’t go wrong and is very easy to fit. Once fitted, I let the bike idle for around 10 mins or so until it completed a heat cycle ( i.e until the cooling fan cut in and then stopped) This apparently ensures that the ECU has ‘learned’ the new parameters. Has definitely helped reduce the snatchy throttle at low speeds making it easier to negotiate mini roundabouts and town traffic in general. I believe removing the Cat and replacing with an X-pipe would improve things further. (Not done this on mine) TEC service was efficient and order arrived on time.

My order made the item arrived shortly , though my item didn't haft to be signed for and at that price had a moment staring at the package on floor, right back to my tec package all in all came in a bubble rap as opposed to a box cut backs on ra , the instructions are a well black and white with my old eyes looking puzzled, for get it spend your time viewint all the web and one too whatch triumph speed master , followed his advice sorted easy , now for the bad stuff I live in Wales and if I get a good day soon happy birthday, my starts up well and hadn't noticed any glitches I do have confidence in this product so all I'm waiting for now weather yes is a X box to decat but all on back order thank you for reading my long dribble, but if you are thinking about getting one stop making excuses get one then find a reason why you didn't happy days ride out

Totally eliminates the problems of a cold start. My Bike used to struggle the first couple of seconds after I started it, as if it was very cold and not getting enough fuel. Does not influence the normal running of the bike.

Arrived on time and well packaged as yet untested as I’ve only started up my bike weather very bad but fingers crossed this will solve the problems with fuelling on the bike. Thanks

Ordered and arrived a few days later. Installed and all good. Only been able to go for a short 50 mile run so far. Seems to have improved the jerkines but need more miles to be sure. I have ordered a number of items from tec and all have arrived within a couple of days of purchase

Fitted the booster plug to my street twin, after reading the reviews, the slow speed running is less 'fluffy' and riding in traffic is much smoother, fuel economy is pretty much the same. I wouldn't describe it as transformational but I would definitely recommend, generally makes it a smoother ride.

After a recent additional motorbike purchase, I was a little disappointed with the low revs and light throttle behaviour. Especially after my excellent 2011 Street Triple 675! So after research I have fitted the 'Ducati' throttle spacers which did help with the jerkiness and now the booster plug to address the horrible hesitance between 1500 and 2250 rpm as I do like to potter around on occasion! When the bike is cold and therefore running a richer mixture it is fine so I guessed the booster plug could be good! Yes, it is much better, especially when combined with E5 99ron. A result!

Was a bit worried this might be snake oil, but it really worked! Huge improvement on idle and throttle response from idle.

Was a little bit sceptical having seen varying reports, but have found that it has made a significant improvement to the low speed response and overrun burble. A much nicer bike to ride now..

Excellent service as is normal from TEC. Booster plug has made a significant improvement to the low speed running and acceleration. What is particularly noticeable is the viby running that used to come in at about 3500 rpm has all but disappeared. Don’t know why I waited 4 years to fit this and the free flow air filter! Different bike now.

Finally after 7 years purchased fuel Booster plug what a difference smoothed out all acceleration issues. Arrived in 6 days to Brisbane Australia so impressed. Just need to save my Aussie dollars for Camshaft Thanks TEC.

Hi I fitted the fuel booster to my 19 plate Scrambler in minutes very straightforward. I have the standard exhaust system so did not have any over run problems.I have noticed a better throttle response less hesitation on acceleration, all around a good investment also a quick delivery all good Paul

No cutting out at junction's perfect at very low revs I fitted it with D&A air filter.

Easy to fit & started up first time. However being a fare weather rider. I have yet to feel the benefits. I have submitted 5 stars as a few colleagues have installed the fuel booster & swear by it.

I have to say the customer service is outstanding and the quality of the parts speaks for itself. Had a minor issue with an exhaust gasket (no fault of TECs) which they replaced promptly free of charge. We’re on hand to help with queries/ offer advice on kit which is exceptional value for money and looks/performs fantastically. A genuine and quality company - breath of fresh air.

The Fuel Booster Plugged, which I fitted in conjunction with the DNA High Performance Filter, has certainly improved acceleration from a standing start. The idle is also smoother and the flat spot at lower rpm is also gone. Deceleration under engine braking also feels much smoother. I was also impressed with the very fast shipping. It arrived early and much quicker than I expected given it had to travel halfway around the world. I did need to go to the Fuel Booster Plug website to get more information on fitting the plug. I was specifically looking for more guidance on where to place the temperature sensing probe and to get a clearer image of where the find the AIT plug as the black and white printed/photocopied page provided was not clear enough for me to be sure I had located the right plug. Overall I am very happy and the systems works as advertised.

Awesome product. Easy to install and noticed an immediate improvement on the bikes performance. Much smoother,doesn’t cut out when idling. Very enjoyable ride!

Definitely made a difference, you can pull away on tick over without stalling, instructions very clear, one issue it says secure the temp sensor ideally somewhere behind the headlamp but it won't reach so its by the air intake left hand side cover.

Irecently fitted a tec decat xpipe on my t120 which made a big difference to .my bike,I was delighted with the change,but did notice jerking at low speed, so fitted a booster plug,wow,transformed the bike, stronger tickover,,no jerking at low speed it's now running exactly how i want it ,

After dealing with a snatchy throttle and a bike prone to stalling at the lights I decided to give this a go. Definitely worth it especially if you're messing with the engine's air flow (filter, X-pipe etc.) and Tec customer services were their usual prompt and friendly selves when asked for advice. Highly recommended.

I fitted it to my Street Scrambler 900 and the biggest difference was when maneuvering on the clutch with no throttle. It's far less easy to stall now. Makes it easier to creep forward in a queue etc, and for that reason alone I think it's worth it. I would say it is also less jerky when you come on and off the throttle, nothing major but it is noticeable. However, I can't say I have noticed it remove a flat spot when accelerating or anything like that. It's very easy to fit.

I bought this by reading other’s reviews I was supposed to pick my bike up weeks ago it’s a long story so decided to order the parts and send them to the dealer so I can just ride it when I finally get my hands on it

Easy to fit has made a great difference to my running of the bike, and best of all is the fuel economy has gone from 63 to 72 miles to the gallon well worth the money

Only just fitted witch only took 5 minutes but after reading the reviews and a couple of videos looking good also fitted k&n filter

Very happy with the fuel booster the bike is not erratic on small throttle opening now I'm a lot more confident with it now

I was pretty sceptical about the booster plug especially at the price but have to say it has made my 1200 Speed Twin run smoother and has helped with the main problem I had with riding in city traffic. Not a cure but an improvement. Delivery was pretty quick as well.
