Early speed twin diving front end don't want to brake too hard. I can now wind on the front brake and not feel as if i am going to hit the stops. Now have a feel that triumph should have installed. And it is an easy install.

Bonneville t120 2023, best upgrade, recommended.

This small upgrade makes a huge improvement to the ride. Bumpy roads, speed traps were not felt significantly. No excessive diving when doing front braking. "A" class shop, fast delivery.

Unbelievable upgrade for the money. This has massively improved the handling, braking and comfort of the bike for only £140. Would recommend this to anyone with a T120.

Les ressorts TEC apportent un grand confort à la fouche: les petits chocs sont éliminés et les grands sont bien absorbés. Étonnant au vu du faible débattement. Seule la qualité des entretoises en plastique mal coupée est discutable. Néanmoins je recommande.

Recently fitted these to my 2019 Triumph T120 Bonneville. Took an hour or so to fit and pretty straightforward. Definitely a marked improvement at slower speeds and in town where the front now rides imperfections such as potholes etc much more smoothly without the 'crashiness' experienced before. Not sure the pre-load caps are a necessity on the Bonnie as I have them on the lowest setting and as they protrude further from the fork tops they do touch the handlebar cables and front brake hydraulic line. Shouldn't be an issue though as they all move together when turning the steering (i.e not rubbing against each other.)

Made a huge difference to the comfort and handling of the bike would recommend to anyone.

It has good performance for the price and installation takes less than an hour if you watch it on YouTube.The only regret is that the preload controller is not described, so it would be nice to have a manual explaining how to adjust it.

Speaking as a very sporty rider, I found the factory fork set up extremely inadequate, and the set up tried very hard to eject me from the bike when braking deep into a corner. The new springs and caps are so easy to fit, even a bush mechanic like me took under an hour, and now the bike tracks where I want it to in corners, and I can have a lot more confidence under brakes, a massive improvement over standard. Only downside is now I can start to notice the deficiencies in the shocks .....

Simple to fit. Worth watching the video to accompany the instructions. I’m approx 80 kg with kit, have preload wound in 2 full turns. Very impressed after 1st ride. Less dive under braking, front end feels smoother & more compliant - bike feels better damped over ripples & corrugations. I have previously fitted K-Tech rear shocks to the bike, which highlighted the shortcomings the existing of the front end. With this kit fitted, bike now feels smoother & more planted. Recommended upgrade.

Spring kit delivery was very speedy. Cost of kit was very reasonable (especially with discount) Fitting was easy, although instructions somewhat brief, found a video on YouTube that helped. Big improvement in fork performance, I managed to find sufficient road imperfections to test them thoroughly,

Riding around town was a nightmare,always looking for holes in the road now I simply ride over them as if they weren't there.Massive safety gain,no more diving when braking, also bike feels more responsive in bends. Excellent upgrade, well done Tec

Completely changed the handling of the bike. No more brake dive or wallowing and is stable through corners. Combined with Ikon rear shocks at the same time for the rear end. Super easy to install as well. My only gripe would be that if you were super light, it may be slightly oversprung with the preload caps.

Transformed the bike, highly recommended.

Not covered many miles yet but noticed improvement. I’m quite lightweight and have left fully wound out and have noticed smoother action.

I have ridden the bike a couple of times since fitting the springs and caps and so far they appear to be a worthwhile improvement . I will fine tune the cap settings and try different pre-load before finalising setting. Delivery was quick using 24 Hour tracked.

Package arrived, all parts accounted for, quick recap courtesy of “you tube” and one hour later (including brews) out on a test ride! Absolutely brill 👍

Easy to install only a half hour, I put a trolley jack with a piece of wood to span the bottom frame rails, removed handle bar fixings and “rolled” bars forward onto a folded towel, unscrewed offside cap first, wired spring from above to let all the oil drain back into the the fork, repeated for the curb side, replaced original parts for the new Tec ones, don’t forget to swap the “O” rings if you have the preload caps, replace handle bars, check everything for tightness. The difference is really noticeable all the small bumps you feel in the handlebars have gone, front end feels more positive, only wish installed these before the IOM this year 👍

I must say the springs have made a big difference to the ride quality, the preload adjusters I have left fully wound out at the moment the springs are doing everything I need but we will see what happens after a few more miles once the springs have softened a little , I’m 16 stone and l do a fair amount of two up riding. Very happy so far

They work well, it's a shame about the high amount of import taxes (in Italy) and shipping costs, which raise the cost dramatically, making the purchase less convenient.

Really easy to fit following the video. Not used the adjusters yet but even on the settings out the box I can feel a difference.

The suspension kit fit and work perfectly, it is a excellent upgrade for the bike

My machine feels much smoother without losing braking efficiency. It's practically another motorcycle. I am happy with the product. Shipping was only 5 days to Mexico which is very fast. I highly recommend it.

Finally did a 300km+ ride today covering motorways, countryside hilly roads with lots of corners. I must concur that the installation of TEC spring kit with pre-load adjuster completely transformed my bike's handling. Took a few attempts and test rides to adjust correctly.. but now it’s a big improvement. As a 66 year old I need comfort.. the Bonneville “‘out of the box” is fine but these springs take it to next level..

Great upgrade for the T120. Smooths out the ride compared to the OEM springs. Not played about with the pre-load, have just set them mid range, but feels great as is. I’m not terrified of riding over a small pot hole now.

As many reviewers have posted the progressive springs just have to be the best value for money upgrade to performance and comfort. Great quality. I’ve had the springs fitted with the pre-load adjusters as extras (yokes) for two weeks now covering around 500 miles at their maximum setting and haven’t seen the need to wind down the pre-load as yet. I weigh 19 stones. I might experiment with the pre-load after another 500 miles to enable better gauging of the difference. First time customer of TecBikeParts. Order received in two days. Simply put, this has to be the best upgrade you can make on your T120. Simple to do - search Delboy’s Garage on YT and just follow. I’ve kept full wound in on firm and the ride is super-compliant. I might dial it back a little over time to see what the difference is. Very happy with this.

Recently bought a T120 (May 2023) and although I knew the rear shocks were crap from the test run I thought I could keep the forks as is. 1600 km later - after about 3 weeks of running in and getting used to the bike I could already feel from WEEK 2 that I would have to do something up front - quickly. I put this TEC upgrade in easily enough and I am in awe of the difference - for less than the price of that useless little flyscreen I had added. Just do it guys. Don't wait. The progressive springs just eat up the little road bumps at any speed and the overall handling at higher speeds is so much better. Smoother and feels more stable. The Delboys Garage video is perfect to help. You will need 14mm and 19mm spanners and 30mm and 32mm sockets. For the moment I've left the pre-load on x10 90° turns as the video and I like it like that. Pretty loose. Shame on Triumph for skimping on better suspension but cheers to TEC for a good, affordable upgrade.

Fitted the new springs inside the front forks. Rides really nice fully loaded luggage with two people on the triumph bonneville t120. Really happy.
