TEC Decat Front / Header Pipe & Gasket – BSA Goldstar 650

Important: If your bike is Euro 5+ (late 2025 onward), it will have an extra O2 sensor. If this is the case, this pipe is not suitable your bike.

Exclusive TEC Design: Unique and manufactured by TEC.  Designed to closely hug the motor and cover the void left by the cat for a cleaner look.  Clamps seamlessly to the OE silencer and the joint can be covered by the optional joint cover.

No ECU Modification Required: No retuning required.

Compatibility: Can only be used with the original BSA silencer.

Noise Options: With the standard baffle it will be slightly louder as the exhaust is not running through the cat.  If you want it even louder and boomy, you can remove the baffle from the silencer but we do not recommend this.  We also offer our hi-flow baffle which brings the volume down slightly (compared to no baffle) and lowers the booming and gives a nicer sound.

Weight Savings:  Significantly lighter – as there is no cat, it is much lighter than the original.

Cooler Running: The bike runs much cooler due to the hot cat not being directly under the engine.
