TEC DUELLER 2-2 Big Bore Exhaust System – Street Twin 900, Street Cup 900, T100, T120

2025 PRODUCT UPDATE – Due to ever-changing specifications and regulations, we have now updated this system and it may differ slightly from the fitting video. 

In the video we state you cannot run the bike without baffles but now due to our new modifications to the silencers, you can use the system without baffles at the users discretion on Euro 4 bikes only. 

Do not use the system without baffles on Euro 5 bikes without an ECU remap.  Bike will run fine with baffles on standard map Euro 5 bikes. 

You cannot use this exhaust on Euro 5+ bikes, these were generally introduced from model year 2025 onward.  If you are unsure what Euro spec your bike is, you will find it listing on your vehicle registration document.

The Big Bore pipes make your bike more responsive whilst saving considerable weight over the stock headers.

Completely bypasses Triumph’s CAT, de-restricting airflow from the engine and releasing a deeper sound.

The TEC marked silencers come supplied with removable hi flow baffles: We no longer supply big bore baffles. Easy to remove to modify your sound.

IMPORTANT – You MUST tell us on the notes of your order (at checkout) if your bike has a centre stand installed.  We will then ship it with the alternative fitting kit.

PLEASE NOTE – On these models, these headers & silencers can only be fitted as a full system due to the specified models using a different frame. It is not possible to fit only the headers, or only the silencers.  Similar slip-on silencers are available for the Street Twin/Cup only (please see our other listings)

NOTE – On pre-2020 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) this allows a much quicker and easier fitting. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed.  We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.

From 2021 Triumph has introduced new Euro 5 models and have started phasing in anti-tamper, welded on rear link pipes to the Cat unit on some models. If this is the case on your bike the Cat unit will have to be removed before installing the system.
