Works well, very pleased with the product. My bike is fitted with a platform chassis and tool box. The damper did not affect the steering weight but smoothed out the operation on corners, junctions and town centers. Had to use the maximum setting. It gets 5 stars. One small complaint the photo illustrated was so dark it was unreadable but the wording made it easy to fit.
Arrived in quicktime (thanks George!) and very easy to fit and adjust. After becoming accustomed to the new feel of the steering, I can confirm that it does add a little bit more control to the America's slightly twitchy front end, without making it unduly heavy. I intend to increase the damping later, once I am confident/experienced with the different overall handling characteristics.
