TEC Paddock Stand Bobbin Mounting Kit – Speed 400 / Scrambler 400 X

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Was easy to fit slightly difficult to set the chain tension and keep the wheel alignment as can only see 2 of the markings on the swingarm. Looks very well made and fantastic on the bike. So much better than the original blocks. Was a competitive price. A great product from a great company.

This is a really Classic simple tile tidy that is very easy to install. I would recommend it to anyone.

Pleased with them as Triumph never fit centre stands now! Asked my dealer to fit them to my new scrambler 400x I noticed when I got home both bobbins had come off during ride home so obviously hadn’t been secured which knocked the shine off a little will have to replace them hope I don’t have to buy the whole units though!!

A brilliant piece of kit fits perfectly and looks the part. Only thing I would change is the colour of the bobbins from black to alloy so they blend in. First world problem!! Recommended to a mate who also needs this !!

Very nice product that replaces standard chain adjusters with bobbin mounted ones.

Ronseal do`s what it sez on the tin

Makes using paddock stand a lot easier - previously the number plate had to be removed in order to get the stand in place. Feels a lot more stable than with the L shaped adaptors under the swing arm.

These mountings fit perfectly and easy to install, highly recommended. PS: check the bobbins are screwed in tight before going for a ride.

Professionally machined and such an easy fit makes this such an obvious upgrade to the bike. It so much easier to work on now with the paddock stand, I used a similar set on my Street Twin and cannot recommend enough.

Overall quality and manufacture was good and was going value for money. Only disappointment was after just over 100 miles one of the Allen screws came loose. Fortunately I noticed when washing the bike. So refitted them both with a dab of thread lock.
