Lowering Springs – Scrambler 1200 XC/XE

Montaggio super semplice. Il prodotto è utile per abbassare il posteriore, forse l'unica pecca è la verniciatura che non mi sembra il massimo però è da vedere 💪

Easy to install, helps a lot.

Excellent product, easy install following the detailed fitting video. Suggest you have 1 other person to help raise the bike when removing or refitting the shocks, unless you have a proper bike lift and something to anchor the frame to. The bike feels much better with this noticeable seat height reduction. A big thanks to all at Tec.

Lowering Springs - Scrambler 1200 XC/XE

I finally was able to install it last week. No issue fitting the new parts and it made a good difference on the height of the bike. I'm 1,77cm tall and now I can touch both feet on the ground.

As usual great product which has really helped give more scope to adjustments bike now feels more positive handling wise . Postage/delivery also great.

these springs made a world of difference for me,thank you for your help and speedy information and service,will use again no doubt.

Excellent service from TEC. I followed the video and the installation was easy. It has lowered my bike by about 20mm at the seat after settling for a week. This does make quite a difference. Much more secure at stops. I moved the forks as instructed and also got the XC shorter side stand as suggested in another video. All good.

Great product, follow the YouTube video instruction and it was a doodle to fit. Delivery was quick and and nicely packaged. Will definitely use TEC Bike Parts again.

It lowered my XC by about 1cm (I weigh about 80kg). Sounds like little, but it makes a big difference already. Easy to mount if you follow instructions in the video. Even with the customs included (delivery to Germany), it is a reasonably priced way to lower your ride.

Totally transformed the bike. Just as good off-road still, but a total beast on-road. Mounted on the XE. Had the XC before. With this and the font suspension adjusted as well as per instructions the XE runs even better than the XC on road. Combined with the Pirelli STRs you get a true Scrambler!

I got the bar end mirrors and softer springs for Triumph Scrambler 1200. Fantastic quality and fitted perfectly. The only issue I had was the clamp on the bar end mirror did not quite fit over the Barkbuster bar end cap. Would certainly by product again

I'm going to ride my XE 2024, looking for Lowering springs fit Marzocchi type.

As a rather skinny guy, I wanted to get softer springs on my scrambler XE, essentially for comfort with the optional benefit of slightly lowering seat height. Ordered on sunday march 10, received on monday march 25 (halas, Brexit and customs...). Took me 2 hours (taking some time to clean everything by the way) to install the springs on the units and to lower the front forks, much helped by the you tube tutorial! Tested, works perfect as claimed! Thanks for the premium product and service, worth every penny! Regards Luc

Yet to fit as I had them delivered to the UK where I am visiting from Australia but they arrived promptly and well packaged and look of excellent quality. Cant wait to fit them once i'm back in a land down under, where women glow and men....

Well made product , fast delivery, but didn’t lower as much as I expected, I think I might end up buying a shorter shock , I’ve got the balls of my feet on the ground but would really prefer to be flat foot, it’s my short legs not the product. The vid explained the spring swap perfectly.

Springs appear to be good quality, and fit well, but doesn't seem to lower the bike more than about 10 to 15mm for me, which may be due to me being on the light side of 70kgs. Nevertheless, that's better than nothing.

easy to fit and with the front lowered looks like i'm 2cm lower. an unexpected bonus is that the weight is lower making it easier to manoeuvre. very pleased overall.

So after a week on the Isle of Man I got fed up of being on tippee toes with my Scrambler XE.. I am 5’10”.. I bought a lowering seat from Triumph and the lowering Springs from Tec, dropped the front forks 20mm and my feet are flat on the floor! Springs took 40mins to change.. Mission Accomplished 👍

Very easy to fit after watching video, delivered v.quickly 48 hrs. Excellent quality. Bit disappointed about the amount they actualy lowered the seat height but improved the quality the ride especially on the crap british road surfaces 👍👍

At 5'8 short my Triumph Scrambler 1200XE was too tall and a real handful off camber. The Tec lowering springs have transformed the bike. Wish i'd fitted them months ago. Brilliant 👏

Springs delivered within 4 days, fitted well took 2 hours maximum, I also lowered front end by 20 mm… bike has dropped making foot down stops more assured, low speed manoeuvres executed with more confidence …31 inch inside leg, weigh 70 kgs …much easier throwing leg over .. fitting instructions on video very good.

It is a very good product. I was able to gain more security by placing my feet well, gaining 2 cm, considering that I weigh 65 kg and am just 1.70 cm tall. Fast shipping and the customs procedures carried out by DHL were excellent.

I am very happy with the quality of the springs. I will fit them when I get my new bike. Also the delivery was good.

I fitted lowering springs to get a lower bike – and to get more comfort on bad norwegian road surface. I am 1.80, but not young Unloaded - it lowered the bike behind by 10 mm. I dropped the front forks through the yokes by 15mm. I am happy with that. I notice a better handling and control at really low speed and when I stop. Driving at bad asphalt - I feel some better comfort with softer springs behind. The bike seems to handle even better now, at higher speeds.

First class delivery and quality of product as usual. Haven't been able to fit the springs as the bike isn’t ready for collection from my triumph dealer yet. Good service.

Great service as they arrived within 2 days of ordering. Followed the video guide to fit and they really are that easy. Also dropped the front forks through the yokes by 15mm, again using the video guide. The bike is much easier to handle, and gives much more confidence when stopping. No adverse effects to handling or suspension travel. A great product that I would recommend.

The bike feels better when stationary at junctions etc, easy to fit if you have basic mechanical now how & tool kit. Definitely recommend for the shorter legged! Cheers.
