Lowering Springs – Scrambler 1200 XC/XE
A pair of specially made lowering springs for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE/XC models.
Will lower the rear static ride height approximately 25-35mm with an average weight solo rider.
Top-quality UK manufactured springs.
Powder coated, hard wearing, semi-gloss finish.
Very easy to install with no special equipment required.
For more information and full instructions on installing the springs and lowering the front suspension to match please see our video below:
El producto responde a una necesidad para todo poseedor de una xe o que esté dudando entre ambos modelos por cuestiones de altura. El único inconveniente en mi opinión es que se debe modificar la altura del caballete y nadie lo advirtió. Una solución puede ser poner la pata del modelo xc
Worked a treat, good video
Got the springs installed, the process is very easy and the video instruction is very clear. The springs appear to be very nicely done. Got -20mm off rider sag. I had the front end dropped already before, so in terms of cornering the bike became a bit less agile, but nothing dramatic, I can still properly push it in twistiies. As I'm really short (5'5"), my main problem was the difficulty to fold in the side stand 😂. Now it is better accessible, so I consider the mod successful.
After riding a Triumph Bobber for 4 years, getting on to my McQueen Scrambler was a real 'TALL' order. So spotting Tec's lowering springs was a godsend, and it really has made the difference between a bit of apprehension at junctions, traffic lights etc. to being comfortable on my approaches.
Conclusion, a top buy, well worth the money, quick delivery and easy to fit.
I never thought having an inch or so less between my legs would give me so much more confidence! 😅😅👍👍
Hello! Thank you for the delivery procedure the other day. Thanks to you, I received the product safely and exchanged the spring of the motorcycle while watching the video. I am satisfied with the quality and the improved footing.
