Wasnt to sure if it would work...YES it did can sounded deeper tone. Throttle responce was bit better too..Wish they did the decat pipe with centre stand stopper bracket ..

Quality parts, quickly delivered and easy to install with a slight but discernible increase in performance and induction roar.

First of all arrived quickly and well packaged. This air filter and induction plate improves air flow to the engine. Easy to install, first thing I noticed is much deeper sound when applying throttle. When at speed there is much less engine breaking when coming off the throttle, and better performance between 20-60. I did run the engine for 10 mins once installed, there were no engine lights, when combined with a straight through exhaust the meteror comes alive.

Improved the bottom end acceleration

This DNA air filter modification kit make sense tp help the modestly powered R.E. 350's. I received mine in 48 hours from TEC at a competitive price. It's straight forward fitting ( don't overtighten the fasteners!) it does make a difference to the engine breathing, be prepared for the induction noise though. Also it shouldn't affect your insurance.

Received quickly in good order , Very easy to fit to my bike (meteor 350) I followed advice and let my bike idle for just over 10 mins , just gone for a ride and the bike seems a lot more responsive in all gears , very noticeable increase in acceleration. Top speed is still the same , cmon Enfield another 10 mph would be perfect . Glad I did this filter and plate swap not only better acceleration sounds better as well

Does exactly what it says. Easy to fit. High quality. More mid-end grunt. Sounds fab.

Watch a few YouTube videos on this. Decided, let’s try it. Worst part was snapping the 2 hex bolts. Nearly busted a blood vessel or 2/on my napper. After that, very simply swap out, and pop in new filter. I then started bike, and left to idle for a good 15 minutes, no throttle. Then took out for a wee run. More induction noice on throttle, and pick up,vastly improved going up through gears. I did 25 miles trip on dual carriageway, A road then onto B road, back onto daulller home. On the last stretch of dual carriageway, I went from 40 in top gear (5th) right up to top speed , limiter coming in. Did this so much easier. But, it would sit very happy at 60mph. This is the only mod, I have done, it’s a no brainier!

Fitted & have been running over nearly 100 miles. All working well, as far as I can tell. Dispatch staff rang me to make sure my order was correct (as I'd included a 'spare' filter) Very impressed with service.

Will it do what it said on the box? Well, the DNA filter is certainly well manufactured. The open cover is also a good fit. But long term with the exception of a noisier intake, will it make a noticeable difference to performance/fuel use? I will wait and see.

The DNA filter came quickly and was well packed. Instructions were clear and fitting was trouble free. The addition of the filter alters the sound to my ears, not loud so much as satisfying. Only four stars, because I have not been on a test run so cannot confirm the effect on the engine.

I find my meteor breathes easier.seems to have a slight increase in exceleration and power A deeper sounding exhaust note. Happy with the product.

Best mod for this bike, has to be top of your wish list. The torque/acceleration is noticeably better particularly mid-range, also 50 - 70mph is a lot better and gets there quicker. Made a great bike even better. Well chuffed with mine and is the best 90 odd quid I've spent on it too date!

Really easy to fit just three screws, what a difference it makes to the bike it has a lot more low down torque and a lot smoother acceleration, even better when you fit a de-cat exhaust and a fuel X remap, changes the ride totally a lot smoother through the gears and not so many gear changes

I recently fitted the DNA performance air filter & adaptor plate to my 350cc RE meteor, , I noticed better acceleration straight away, & love the throaty sound, where I live in nth Thailand it can get very hot, so anything to cool the engine , & make it breath better has got to be a benefit. I purchased a DNA High Performance Air Filter & High Flow Intake Plate for my RE Meteor 350. The goods were delivered quickly and on inspection found to be of really good quality. Fitting was very easy and completed within 10 minutes. Performance of the bike is markedly improved with definitely better acceleration and more mid range torque. Easy to install, gives slightly more throttle response uphills and the bike sounds better

Very easy to install only 3 screws once the cover has been removed. What this filter does is give you a noticeable louder induction roar so if noise is you thing this is for you. I wasn't expecting much difference in performance on a bike with 20.2 hp but this filter definitely makes a difference. Where this filter benefits the bike most is the pull when travelling 40-50 mph and uphill. A little tip is after fitting leave the bike to run for approximately 15 mins before riding, this gives the bikes ECU time to adjust so you shouldn't get any warning lights.

Just fitted to my 350 classic after first oil change. Easy to fit after cutting off a slither of plastic from inside bike. Throttle response seem to be much smoother and the induction roar is wonderful. Well pleased. Great service, less than a week to get from UK to Thailand. Will definitely be ordering more from TEC in the future.

I have now tested out the air filter and flange. I am happy that the meteor runs smooth and the ecu appears to have adjusted fully. The service I received from Tec was amazing. Answered my question promptly.

TEC parts dispatched filter really quickly. Had it on meteor within few days of ordering. Not many miles to test yet but the bike immediately had a throatier meatier sound and the mid range grunt seems improved. Great stuff!

Easy to fit, works well, a little more intake roar and maybe, just maybe a hint more go. Hard to say if it is all down to the filter as I also fitted a less restrictive silencer and got 1300 miles on the bike, but it does seem to rev more freely. Great quick service from TEC, well packaged, decent postage costs, and more importantly, a Geordie firm. OK< I'm an ex-pat Geordie.....LOL.

This makes a big difference to the bike & is well worth getting. It is very quick and easy to fit. It improves the engines breathing as you would expect. Also, the low down torque seems improved as I can pull from 25 mph in 5th gear without the engine complaining. It pulls better throughout the rev range and seems to go up hills more easily without changing down.

Just fitted in Meteor with 1300 miles on the clock so we’ll run-in. Very easy installation and very pleased with the result. The bike not only sounds more throatier but has noticeably more torque and therefore acceleration. This is just what the Meteor needs in my opinion. No increase in the ECU-limited top speed of about 75 mph but it gets there quicker. Acceleration in third and fourth gears is more noticeable and it pulls well from low down in fifth. I think the performance increase comes mainly from the greater air input throat area on the new adapter plate that is angled and quite restricted on the stock item. Having a washable and reusable filter element is also not a bad thing either. I thoroughly recommend this upgrade to anyone who likes to fiddle with their bike. I’m not sure what the warranty situation is with Royal Enfield but frankly I don’t care. Although Hitchcocks also sell this kit, it was a bit cheaper at TEC.

Great customer service. Twisted their arm to sell me the Meteor kit to fit my Classic 350. The fit of the stage 2 cover is a bit snug in the air-box making it a bit fiddly to line up the fitting screws compared with the OE cover but once in everything lines up perfectly. The bike now sounds and feels quicker and more responsive but no idea if this is real or just perception. Either way puts a smile on my face.

Not yet fitted until bike run in. Excellent price & service. Well packaged and speedy delivery. I have high hopes it will make a difference!
