LOWERING TYPE R.S.U Gas shocks – Air-cooled Bonneville/Bonneville SE, T100 – Adjustable Length

I bought these lowering shocks after upgrading to the T100 after I passed my full licence. However, being a lady of only 5’3” I did struggle with any slow manoeuvring because I was on my tiptoes! Fitting these RSU shocks has lowered the bike enough that I can now put both feet firmly on the floor which means I am in more control and able to confidently move her about! The ride is smoother and the riding position is more comfortable.Plus they were very easy to fit! Best decision ever, Thank You! Hen Lomas

Excellent replacement shockers, they have made the bike more ridable for my wife. Excellent fit to the bike, but would benefit with having some instructions or diagram in the box to show how to adjust the length.

Noticeable improvement over original equipment. It's great the extensions are included so you can run them lowered without the extensions installed, or close to stock height when they are installed. Happy customer.

I found the original shocks a bit jarring. Thought I would give these ago and so far I have not been disappointed, the ride feels much better. The quality seems very good considering the price. They were easy to fit but, I recommend watching a couple of videos on YouTube which helps the job go smoothly. I would recommend them if you are considering changing your shocks. Being a short ass at Just 5ft 5 i used these to lower my 2014 Triumph scrambler. Just reduced the spacers inside the front forks by the same amount as the difference between these and the original nos shocks. Also added adjusters to the front forks as they dont come as standard with the scrambler either. Massive improvment in handling once i dialed the front down a bit and set the rears two clicks down from the softest setting.i didnt get all technical about it and worry about rake and trail stuff i just did it lol.. So if you want a cheap and easy way to lower your scrambler and impove the horrible handling charactaristics of the factory shocks these are a fantastic buy they are better than many much more expensive options and as a bonus to me i can now touch the road with two feet when i need to :O)

I like the look of these shocks when I fitted them to my bike, the only trouble is that when adjusting them I have caught my thumb twice on the corner of the piggy back canister causing a quite painful injury. I am an engineer and feel that a bit more consideration should be applied to the machining process with regards to sharpe edges on the base of the pods eg a small chamfer or radius etc Just to break that edge to minimise injury. Otherwise a decent product and has done a decent job with lowering my bkie

Excellent service - ordered early Friday, arrived next day!! The lowering rear gas S/A's have lowered my friends 790cc Bonneville by 30mm, and along with the fitting of the progressive front springs have totally transformed the handling of the bike. You can spend more on suspension parts but the Bonneville chassis would not exploit it. These items are a serious upgrade on the factory fitted stock items at a good price. Seriously considering upgrading my Wife's Street Twin with TEC Suspension over the winter. Definitely feel we have got value for money here. Highly recommended!!
