Great kit, fast delivery

CAM
I have now new bike,thanks.
Super fast delivery installed very easy tha cam has given me a new bike awesome upgrade many thanks cheers
Does what it says on the tin..
Fitted the stage 2 cam to my 2023 Scram 411 and I was very impressed. Bike feels smoother, starts better and now pulls up hills in 5th that previously would have been a downshift. Brilliant service all round five stars
Fast service. “Wot no stickers!”
Fast service, arrived next day. Still waiting for the silicone gasket ordered three days after, not from the bike I add. All packaged well with instructions etc. Link to “The part listing,” (drive.google.com) does not work. Not a problem. No stickers, was looking forward to them! 🤷♂️ Thanks & regards
Great to give a new life to the bike
After 20k km and 3 years I decided to give this a try because I didn't want to switch my Himmie for a new bike and it definitely changed the character! It's been installed for a couple of months and it pulls harder overall and handles better when loaded. I will recommend this to anyone who is considering either switching the bike or giving it a better life! One minor thing is that the top end of the engine is noisier, producing a loud 'tick'. But it sounds nice to my ears.

TEC Performance Camshaft – Royal Enfield Himalayan / Scram 411 410cc
Works as described
Performance cam
I'm very pleased with the new cam which was fitted during my last serviced. I had previously up geared the bike as I found crusing at 60 mph a bit revy, but with this cam it can pull the low revs with ease and pulls harder over 60 in top gear especially up hills. I have just toured the lake district and averaged 99 mpg which is fantastic. It is a little noisier at tick over than the standard cam,but overall a great improvement. Very pleased.
Speedy so far
If the cam is as fast as the delivery I’ll have a hot rod. 23 hours from order to doorstep. Amazing, thank you.

Nice, good value upgrade
Well made, surprisingly easy to fit and transformed the bike
Fast shiping
I haven't installed it yet. The camshaft has arrived. The picture from your website shows the camshaft and a small pin that did not arrive in the package.

TEC cam for Himalayan
Hi, happy to get the cam for my Himalayan. I have already instaled one on my wife's Himalayan, with free flow airfilter and Lextek exhaust the bike runs grate. The cam is easy to instal for someone who understands motorcycle technic. I'm actualy in the braking-in phase, unfortunately the weather here in south of France is pretty bad rain and cold it will take me one week before full throtle riding. One other I'd like to mention, since Brexit shopping in UK gets expensif, shipping, VAT and custom fees add 50% to your parts prices. Nevertheless I am happy with TEC BIKE PARTS Best Greatings Andreas
TEC Performance Camshaft - Royal Enfield Himalayan / Scram 411 410cc
Only 100 kms
Only 100 km after changing the camshaft. Without going over 4500 rpm the bike feels faster in go up rpm. Next 16-tooth sprocket change to take advantage of that profit. Good product. Recommendable.
Camshaft was straightforward to fit
The camshaft arrived promptly. The Youtube video describing how to fit it was very good. I am a reasonably competent home/amateur mechanic. I completed the job satisfactorily without any hitches. I have just about finished running it in and there is a noticeable amount of extra power. I have also fitted a larger gearbox sprocket to use the extra power to deliver a higher cruising speed.
Super 👍
Die Nockenwellen für die Himalayan sind Top👍

Yet to fit
The Camshaft arrived very quickly and was well packed and protected in transit. It looks well made but I will not be fitting until my Euro 5 Himalayan is out of warranty in May. I will update my review then if this is possible.
Tek can for Himalayan
Got my little local mechanic to install the tech Cam on a Bs3 Himalayan. Haven’t noticed a difference in fuel haven’t noticed a difference in warmup using the choke and cruising but I haven’t noticed the overall punch from 50 km up to 100. Mid range even fully loaded, still enables me to overtake safely. With the 16 tooth front sprocket hundred kilometres per hour, cruising speed is slightly more relaxed
Tec cam
I haven't fitted the cam to my Himalayan 411 yet. The service from Tec was fast and professional. As a returning customer I fully recommend them. Thankyou
Makes my motorcycle perfect
TEC fast road camshaft fitted to my RE Scram 411 Euro 5 2022. Before fitting the bike was run 2000miles. Although loosened up overtaking when cruising at 60mph was an effort.. 4th gear too low 5th too high. The TEC fixed this the extra power meant the engine breathed better and gave quicker acceleration. Better still the extra power meant I could get a 16 tooth gearbox sprocket. This higher gearing coupled with the increased power and willingness of the engine resulted in the bike now being the PERFECT 60mph cruiser, just what I wanted. 👏👏👏. Also improved MPG !

Great little upgrade easy enough to do with plenty of videos to help . Service was great and speedy would definitely recommend 😀
Exactly what Himalayan needed - It is Easy, Smooth & Quick to 120kpm
i have installed this camshaft on my BS3 Carburetor Himalayan 411. Power Increase is much much evident Post 3k RPM. Much easier to recover Cruising speed after slowing down due to breaking. The Bike feels more powerful & Substantial. at 80Kph the bike feels butter smooth ready to be launched, at 100 to 110 kph it can cruise all day long even with pillion, i would say 100kph is the sweetest spot, previously it was around 90kph. More than top speed or higher cruising speed, the most enjoyable factor is how the bike easily reaches to 110kph. For the kind of Increased Torque it is belting out, the braking power now feel totally insufficient, i have to plan my Braking well in advance. Cons are - have noticed an increase in engine heating during stop go city traffic (India - Bangalore Traffic !) this may be due to extra air that is let into engine during idling RPM's which could make the AF mixture lean & generates more heat. I am riding on BMC performance air filter & free flow (No Cat) exhaust pipes, The bike breathes better, way more smoother, easy to recover cruising speeds, feels remarkably Quick. Would i Recommend it to someone - Definitely Yes..! If you want more from your laid back Himi 411 & feel that you need to upgrade your bike, save that money & go for this performance upgrade instead, the bike behaves completely different and kind of bridges the power gap & sits in-between Original stock Himi 411 & newly launched Himi 450 (Only till 120kph).
RE HIMALAYAN CAM SHAFT
Delivered quickly but it took me 6 weeks to get around to fitting it. Watched the video twice then after buying a low torque, torque wrench from Amazon and with a basic socket set (only 8mm, 10mm and 17mm sockets needed), a few spanners and screw drivers I set to work. Two hours later it was all back together and running as sweet as a nut. Still in the running in period but it runs much smoother and has noticeably more torque. Highly recommended, cost effective modification to improve an already fun bike.
Worth the effort
Install cam Run it in Check clearances Power wise bottom and mid range pretty much the same as before 4000 to 6000 a little more go Does what it says All good :)
Looks a good Piece of Kit
Looks very well made, have not fitted it yet but do not envisage any issues
High quality
Beautifully engineered cam. She was very easy to install and I’m happy with the end result. Just keep your expectations realistic. I have no doubt it adds the claimed 20% increase is HP, however, it’s still a 200kg beast making less than 30HP, so you won’t be dislocating your shoulders whilst accelerating. :-) Still the best ‘bang for your buck’ mod you can add to the Himmy, and well worth the effort. Great work TEC 👍
Smooth power
No problem fitting, many thanks for the video. Only done 20 miles, or so, with new cam in, did notice the bike running so much more smoother, which also helps gear changing. Going around Town at 30 mph didn't feel like I should be in 4th, always use to feel 3rd at 30mph was revving to much. Makes the engine feel less of a 'thump thump' or 'chop chop' but still has that unmistakable single cylinder character. When accelerating the extra power is delivered smoothly, pulling the throttle open don't have to wait for the engine to catch up, can look down and see that needle moving more quickly. Good bike, is now better.
Great service
Great service and easy transaction. I have not fitted the cam yet.
best upgrade till now
quick delivery, straight forward installation. After running the engine for 500 km at maximum 4K RPM, the Himmi felt more responsive and more torque in the low rpms. Still need to test the bike @5K and 6K RPS though. will do first an oil & oil filter change and waiting for a bit warmer temperatures.
TEC Cam
good cam, took all day to fit. Bike goes well, feels a little livelier, stronger but not much. It is noisier. I have the better air filter setup also. Went for 250 k ride yesterday and on the way back tried the top speed which was 120 k's so no difference there. Does seem stronger on hills which is what I wanted. Might try fitting a rocket to the bike!
TEC Performance Camshaft - Royal Enfield Himalayan / Scram 411 410cc
Delivery was very quick to Australia only a week or so. Does not change bike to fire breathing.monster holds on better on hills and fuel economy has improved slightly.
Worth it for sure
I installed the cam in the bike(easy), runing all the basic mods(booster plug, exhaust, bmc filter, ais and evap delete)with a 14 tooth front sprocket. Ran the cam in as directed. Then did about 500 miles. Acceleration was great. But the bike was lacking elsewhere. Was going to sell the bike because i was that unhappy. Then decided to try a 15 tooth(stock) front sprocket, and it made all the difference in the world, and you could feel it instantly. The bike now does everything very well, even breaks traction a little on the road whilst shifting to 2nd gear. My only complaint is the top end is a little noisier with valves in spec, and the bike still struggles a little with a passenger, however when riding solo the bike is a beast. I highly recoment this cam as long as you run stock or higher gearing. I have yet to try a 16 tooth sprocket but probably will in the future.
Pas encore monté
Je ne l’ai pas encore mis en place je vous fais un retour dès que je l’aurai installé
Good service
My order arrived quickly even with overseas shipping. Product appears well made but have yet to fit to bike.
Transforms the bike
So, I have waited until the 300 miles run in period before giving a full review. Installation I would class myself as an amateur mechanic. The installation video is very informative but skips a few steps. I would rate installing the TEC Cam as 7/10 in terms of difficulty, no one thing is complex but unless you are used to working on engines a few steps can take you longer than usual to figure out. Removing the rocker cover took so time as not to damage it noting it was properly stuck on there. I found using a pry bar wrapped in a rag was the best solution for this. There is a specific place to insert the bar as not to bend any fins. Also, not clear in the video but most of the cam chains are very tight even without the tensioner, to remove the cam once the rocker cover is off you need to remove the sprocket from the cam insitu! Not knowing this, I was going mad thinking I had wrapped the chain around an additional tooth on the bottom cam sprocket. Halfords sell the sealant cement needed to stick the cam cover back on, no leaks after 300 miles. Overall, took me 6 hours... I could probably do it again in 2 hours now that I know what I am doing. Go slow, go right if it is your first time... engines are not forgiving if you get it wrong. Running in 300 mile run in period to keep the revs below 4k rpm. This basically limits you to 52 mph indicated speed in fifth gear with standard gearing. The bike feels smoother, but you don't really feel the power gains in this period. What's is like? Definitely more power above 4k rpm, and feels smoother from 3k rpm. It won't make the bike a ducati, but it does make the bike feel smoother, it breathes better, there is more power... basically makes it wayyy more fun and zippy to ride. It makes ig feel like a big bike and not a 125 which is how the himialayan felt during the first 3000 miles of ownership, but they do take time to loosen up. So for £170 plus £10 of sealant, a day of your time and several weeks limited to 50 mph... it is probably the best upgrade out there. Anything else? I have noticed that the bike does not start as smoothly as before but does always start. There is no decompressor on this cam shaft to reduce compression at very low rpm, it isn't a big deal but probably indicative of my battery health, original one after 3 years. I will probably upgrade to a lithium one once this one gives up the ghost as it has more cranking power. Summary If you want the most from your himalayan and are pretty handy with some tools, I would highly recommend this cam.
Transformation
Fitted the fuel x lite , the dna filter and plate +16 tooth front sprocket which improved the bikes ridability then finally the TEC camshaft which transformed the bike into a great place to be absolutely loving it .
Quality kit.
Excellent experience, fast freight to NZ. Camshaft swap was straight forward and the bike feels fresher throughout the rev range.
All is well
More couple it's sure. It's a good operation.
Quality product
Really impressed by the quality of the product. Also, shipping to Germany was quick and relatively hassle free despite the now inevitable customs. Fitting it to the bike was easy but very time consuming because of this nasty gasket stuff RE puts on the valve cover😀 Engine feels a bit smoother now but don't expect too much!
Update on new cam.
Have now fully run in & added a Fuel X Lite & DNA air filter & plate. This is a totally different bike, & the bike the Himalayan should have been. Throttle is more responsive, mid range is great with less down changes for hills.Top end is a little faster (just over 80mph), but top speed isn't what a Himalayan is about. Fully recommend TEC & the above mentioned parts, which were all delivered in super fast time.
Camshaft Himalayan
Just fitted camshaft bike runs well still running in. So far so good. Camshaft. Fitted well and quite easily.
Himalayn camshaft
Excellent quality camshaft at a very good price and delivery fast to. Looking forward to fitting it.
First order
Everything's all right. Very fast shipping, very high quality, I highly recommend.
satisfaction
I haven't finished the 300 mile break-in yet without ever exceeding 4000rpm, but the engine has a great sound
Cam and sprocket
Fitted the cam and drive sprocket. The cam has more power in the right place and the sprocket allows easyer crousing at 70 mph. It holds the inclines better. The fuel economy has improved as well. Would recommend.
