Designed and manufactured by us in 304 stainless 45mm tube.
The Big Bore pipes make your bike more responsive whilst saving considerable weight over the stock headers.
Completely bypasses Triumph’s CAT, de-restricting airflow from the engine and releasing a deeper sound.
Supplied with Hi flow removable baffles (we no longer supply the big bore type ) – Easy to remove to modify your sound!
Gaskets and fitting instructions included.
NOTE – On pre-2020 models, you can leave the Cat unit in place (but not connected) this allows a much quicker and easier fitting. Otherwise, the left lower frame rail needs to be loosened to allow the Cat to be removed. We have a YouTube video showing how to remove the cat unit.
From 2021 Triumph has introduced new Euro 5 models and have started phasing in anti-tamper, welded on rear link pipes to the Cat unit on some models. If this is the case on your bike the Cat unit will have to be removed before installing the system.
THIS SYSTEM IS NOT TUV APPROVED OR E-MARKED. As this system has no catalytic converter, it cannot be marked TUV approved.

Sounds amazing, bike feels lighter, deffo runs cooler. Had it remapped (though strictly speaking unnecessary). Feel stupid for not having done this sooner. Do most of my riding in the city. Total no brainer …oh it looks great too . As usual service from Tec was exemplary. Looked at other far more expensive systems but couldn’t justify price difference.
I think the bike look fab. Admittedly I am biased.

The quality of the pipes and cans is top class. Everything fitted spot on and looks absolutely mint but removing the cat was a pain. Not TEC's fault that. Time to start her up ???????????? what a brilliant sound and is awesome on full noise. It will now rev to 8000 in top gear???? Going to have to see about gearing up. The bike is certainly more tractable and fuel economy has improved. Just one little thing. The M8 bolts for the down pipes were missing. No big deal as we all forget things and I had some kicking around. But really chuffed with the pipis and silencers.
not fitted the system as yet... fast delivery and well packaged... the system looks the business ! exactly how i wanted... it will give the bike a much more characterful look.... proper hardcore, like out of a mad max film
Looks amazing, good quality. Had it fitted by professionals, but was told it was an easy fit.
Still trying to get used to the sound as it's loud, even with the quietest baffle fitted, but that might be, because it's such a jump from the vance and hines.
