Tail Tidy / Number Plate Re-locator Kit mk2 – Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE / XC

UPDATED DESIGN IN 2025 – Design is now in line with our other latest tail tidies, including TEC imprint.  This kit is now fully Plug & Play with no cutting of wiring required.

Fits the Scrambler 1200 XE / XC / X

You can now fit the OE lamps to the tail tidy without any brackets.

The position of the indicators is now slightly lower and further back to prevent damage from hot exhaust gases hitting the lamp if using OE lamps.

We have increased the strength of the bracket by using a new material.

NOTE – The Basic & Full Kit will fit all models 2019- early 2024.  WILL fit the latest models (2024 onward) but you need to use the FULL KIT with the already modified underplate

These kits completely tidy up the tail end of your bike.  Giving you a much more aggressive Scrambler profile.

The kit provides better protection from mud & water coming up from the back end.  As the number plate is in a much better position to protect the rider.

BASIC KIT

Your Basic Kit comprises of a powder coated, CNC laser cut mounting plate – that re-locates the standard number plate lamp & number plate to the underside of the alloy mudguard.

Included in the kit are mounting points for rear indicator lamps to be mounted under the rear mudguard.

Can be used with aftermarket indicators or OE Triumph lamps – genuine Triumph wiring plugs are supplied in the kit for using aftermarket indicators. Or you can get ready made adaptor leads here.

With this Basic Kit, you will need to shorten the plastic inner mudguard yourself.  This can be done quite simply with a hacksaw.  This is described in our video instructions.

We understand that some customers may not want to cut their own inner mudguard.  So in the Full Kit (described below) we also include a pre-modified genuine Triumph inner mudguard.  As this uses a genuine part, this is the reason for the difference in price of the kits.

FULL KIT

This includes all of the Basic Kit & a modified genuine Triumph inner mudguard assembly, ready to be bolted straight on to the bike.  This kit is for customers who do not want to modify their own inner mudguard.  This kit is bolt-on and fully reversible to stock.
