The new 2016 range of Triumphs do have better rear springs, but they are still underdamped in our opinion.
Not only do these units look great they have improved damping performance and are lighter than the original units.

I have not fitted them yet the quality is first class I have ordered the front fork upgrade springs to match the rear shocks great service from Tec.
I bought my T100 with 3000mls on the clock and was very disappointed with the ride quality but after looking through various forums seeking advice on how to better it I was persuaded to improve 3 main areas. First was to replace the Cat with an X pipe, fit a Booster plug and change the rear suspension. After changing the first 2 parts and at last beginning to enjoy the bike I was continuously reminded how bad the suspension was by the jolts through my spine on bumpy roads so again it was internet to the rescue. I looked at various units but they were a bit over my budget except for the TEC ones, I wasn't too convinced there would be much difference but I was wrong, as usual, I fitted them and left the factory settings which as it turns out feel absolutely perfect. I ride the same roads daily and all of a sudden there are no nasty bumps, you just forget there was ever a problem. All of these items are inexpensive from TEC Bike and if there are any doubts or problems just send them an email they are very helpful.
Thanks put them on very good.
